Cancellation Policy

By enrolling in any Reflect and Lead online course (“Course”), you (“Participant”) agree to the terms below. 1. Enrollment & Payment Enrollment is confirmed once full payment is received. Prices may change at any time. Participants are responsible for providing accurate payment information. 2. Course Access Access is delivered digitally and intended for the enrolled Participant only. Course materials may not be shared, copied, or distributed. All content is protected by copyright. 3. Refunds & Cancellations Because this is a digital program, refunds are not offered once course materials have been accessed or downloaded. If you have not accessed the Course, you may request cancellation within 48 hours of purchase. Approval is at our discretion. If Reflect and Lead cancels a Course, Participants will receive a full refund or may transfer to another session. 4. Transfers Participants may request to transfer to another Course date if space is available. Transfer requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the Course start date. 5. Technology Requirements Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a compatible device. Reflect and Lead is not responsible for technical issues on the Participant’s side. 6. Conduct Participants must engage respectfully. Reflect and Lead may remove any Participant for disruptive or inappropriate behavior. Removal does not qualify for a refund. 7. Intellectual Property All Course content is the exclusive property of Reflect and Lead. Participants may not reproduce, modify, sell, or distribute any materials. 8. Limitation of Liability Courses are educational and not a substitute for legal, financial, or medical advice. Reflect and Lead is not liable for decisions made based on Course content or for indirect or consequential damages. 9. Privacy Participant information is collected only to process enrollment and deliver the Course. Data is not sold or shared except as required to provide services or comply with law. 10. Agreement By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Booking Policy.
